We HIGHLY recommend this Air Bnb! Brian, the host, was quick to respond, proactive with instructions for check in and check out, and gave us so many great local recommendations. His home was clean, well decorated, and had so many cute extra amenities that you don't normally find. (Heated toilet seats, smores, provided snacks, well stocked kitchen, extra sheets, dishwasher pods, outdoor grill, outdoor fire, etc.) This air bnb has an INCREDIBLE view to go with the amazing outdoor area. We saw so much wildlife including alligators swimming in the nearby water. (Far enough away to feel safe and an awesome sight for the family.) I did tuns of research before booking my Air Bnb and wish I had seen a review like this to save me the hassle. Brian genuinely cares about his hosts and we will definitely be back!

We stayed at Brian’s place while visiting from New Jersey since it was close to family friends, and it couldn’t have been a better fit for our family. We have two young girls and a baby, and it was such a huge plus that the house was stocked with so many baby items…it made traveling so much easier. The home was absolutely immaculate and had everything we needed, including pots and pans for cooking. The main bedroom bathroom was amazing…the shower is HUGE! My kids had the best time playing their favorite music and taking showers… I honestly think they loved that more than the pool! Brian was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Clearwater. Highly recommend!

this stay was one of the best! the house had so much space and area was so peaceful. it was so nice being able to relax in the pool and outside patio to catch up on some reading. Will definitely be returning to this spot again

We enjoyed our stay. The backyard views and amenities are unmatched. We spent time every day in the swim/spa. The size was perfect for 3-4 people. The house was clean and the snacks were a great addition. The beach towels made it easy to go to the beach or spend time in the swim/spa. We also utilized the washer/dryer as needed. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

I stayed here for my wedding in Clearwater. What a host and what a house. Everything was modern from the bathroom to rooms everything!! They even brought me flowers and a note card for my wedding at check out. By far the best Airbnb experience I ever had definitely recommend!!!

We had an amazing stay at this property and were lucky to be the first guests. The home is beautifully designed with thoughtful attention to detail throughout, capturing a unique Old Florida coastal style while still feeling elevated and comfortable. The layout is perfect for families or groups, with both the main house and guest house offering plenty of space and privacy. Everything was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The location is a standout—just steps from the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Overall, this is one of the nicest Airbnb stays we’ve experienced. The host has clearly put a lot of care into creating a great guest experience. Highly recommend.

We were lucky enough to find this house during Spring Training for a quick getaway. We were close to the ballpark and all the surrounding areas we wanted to check out. Brian was a fantastic host to work with and very responsive from the time we booked, during our stay thru our checkout. The house is in a very peaceful neighborhood and the beds were quite comfortable with cozy linens. I slept better than in my own house back home. We really appreciated all the thought that went into making this a perfect rental especially the fishing gear, beach chairs/towels and bikes. We didn’t get to try the spa pool which was pretty cool. We enjoyed our coffee on the tree deck and took in the bird songs. The wildlife in the backyard is abundant. We noticed a baby gator, a rabbit, turtle and various birds. The office space with a monitor was super helpful for my husband who had to work while we were here. Wish we had more time here but that just means we have to return.

This place is an absolute 10. Brian's lakefront gem on Saint George Lake blew our family away from the moment we pulled in. Waking up to sunrise over the lake every morning and ending each night by the firepit watching it glow at sunset? Unreal. The swim spa, tree-level deck, and backyard setup made it hard to even leave. But when we did, the location delivered. Clearwater and Dunedin right down the road, Tampa just a quick shot for Yankees games at Steinbrenner Field, and an effortless ride to and from the airport. The local seafood scene alone is worth the trip. Fresh grouper, shrimp, crab, and incredible waterfront spots around every corner. Brian is the kind of host that makes you want to come back. Responsive, flexible, and on top of everything. Zero stress from check-in to checkout. If you are looking for a Florida trip that has it all, book this place. You will not regret it. We already can't wait to come back!
