Brian’s place was absolutely fantastic. The fact that he has a whole app that you can download that gives clear, proactive instructions about the home in addition to local recommendations? Amazing. Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay and never tired of things to do. Something that stood out to us was the amount of preparation the house had for kids: we were able to use the pack-n-play, high chair, and baby monitor, saving us a TON of space in our car for travel. Everything was in pristine condition. Another favorite was the gigantic wet room where we were able to pile everyone in as a family to wash off after a long day at the beach. When I had a question about slippers, Brian not only responded immediately, but also had several pairs overnighted to our front door. Parking our car in the spacious garage was also a plus when we arrived during a Florida evening downpour. We could not have asked for a better stay and we hope to return again soon! Thanks Brian!

Perfect 10+ Look nowhere else😁Everything was top notch! This home is equipped with everything down to an ice cream scoop, which is a must! We were here during a tornado watch and the house did amazing. Close to everything shopping and eating. We will definately stay here in the near future 🫠 Nothing

Had a great stay at Brian’s place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, communication was clear and responsive, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The guidebook was a nice touch and helped us explore the area. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This place is incredible. Pictures do not do it justice. They leave you snacks, a basket with bath and shower scrubs, bath bombs , skin cream, and facial masks. They have every amenity you could ask for. The house is big and open The backyard is very large and beautiful. The area is private and peaceful. It is not far from anywhere in the Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Tarpon and St Pete areas. The host was impressive as well. Thank you so much!.

A Modern Oasis in Clearwater - We Can't Wait to Return! Our recent weekend in Brian and Samantha's Clearwater home absolutely blew us away and far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. Check-in was a breeze, and the thoughtful welcome sign and impeccably clean home were just the beginning of an incredible stay. The home itself is stunningly modern – I almost don't know where to start! Each of the bedrooms is spacious and beautifully decorated, boasting a simplistic yet chic beach modern aesthetic. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the master suite truly felt luxurious. The wet room was a marvel of technology, but fear not! Brian and Samantha have thoughtfully provided clear explanations for everything on their handy app. Yes, you read that right – there's an app. Stepping into the backyard felt like entering a beautiful oasis. Finally, the communication with Brian and Samantha was a perfect 10/10.

This smart home in Clearwater is a hidden gem! The photos don’t do it justice—you have to experience it in person. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The kitchen had every appliance and gadget we needed. The spa-style bathroom was a true highlight—between the smart toilet and luxurious shower, I felt like I was at a high-end retreat. The backyard was perfectly manicured, and the sandy seating area gave me total beach vibes without even leaving the house. While the beach and city were just a short drive away, I loved being tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The hosts were incredibly responsive and a joy to communicate with. Every detail of the stay was thoughtful and seamless. Truly a 5-star experience—I’d come back in a heartbeat!

We went down to celebrate Thanksgiving with my son and his future wife. We couldn’t stay at their place because my husband is allergic to cats therefore we got a Verbo for the four of us. It was very cozy very clean with lots to do in the house for Thanksgiving day, including pool table, cornhole, and lots of games. We had a wonderful day and very comfortable beds.♥️ Most importantly, the place was very clean and Brian was very responsive to any questions we had

Extended family gathering made easier in this spacious and comfortable home. Pool table, board games, swimming, and mini golf- activities for everyone! The neighborhood was quiet and safe for children outdoors and the bikes in the garage were a wonderful surprise! Loved our stay. and will consider again. Thank you Brian!

If i could give more stars i would! Brian has been such an unbelievable host. He was communicative & caring amidst the threat of Hurricane Milton. He was proactive and truly concerned for my safety. The home was beautiful and state of the art. I had a wonderful time. Thank you!!
