We stayed at this beautiful property over the Christmas holiday and Brian even decorated the house. After traveling with a baby and a dog, decorating was the last thing we wanted to do. The house was better than expected. It was super clean, modern, quiet and well thought out with all the kitchen supplies you would ever need. The website provided answers all and any potential questions with everything being easily accessible. The home is perfect for families and has a great backyard. The hosts were super kind and even provided a Christmas basket. Hope to stay here again.

What a wonderful stay! The owners were very thoughtful from a full Christmas tree and beautiful decorations to all the special touches around the house. It truly felt like we were staying at a friend’s home. We had a small problem on Christmas Day with the hot tub. When I asked if there was a quick fix that I could do, he quickly came over that night and had it all set so we could enjoy it immediately. We will definitely be back.

The accommodations are well appointed, incredibly comfortable, and very clean! It’s a beautiful home perfect for a relaxing and tranquil getaway. The hosts are responsive and wonderful to communicate with! We’ve stayed multiple times while getting our home renovated in the area. Every stay has been exceptional!

Felt like a vacation home in a normal neighborhood, beautiful views, great location for our itinerary. Backyard is awesome, was great place to return to after a long day of exploring to just relax and watch the day turn to night.
We look forward to heading down again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house felt welcoming, well-equipped, and was spotless. Our hosts were very responsive and answered all questions immediately and were thoughtful with our family. They have taken the time to think through what guests will need and provided well-stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and office.
The decor is modern and house has great indoor and outdoor areas to spend time, socialize, and relax.
We look forward to returning here again in the future.

Our stay at Brian's place was awesome. We felt like at home from the first moment we stepped in, and did not want to leave. The house is large, bright, with very nice and modern design. There was everything we needed for our week-long stay. We especially loved the mornings and evenings on the beautiful backyard with small pool and a mini beach, it was so great just to sit, enjoy the calm and watch the squirrels :)
The neighbourhood was also very nice, we felt very safe and it was close to everything - shopping, grocery stores, and the beaches ( our highligt was the Honeymoon Island state park ).
Brian was very kind, he helped us with the set up of the heating / cooling, despite it was quite late in the evening, he replied in minutes.
We would recommend the stay here to anyone, and we hope that we could be back sometime in the future. Thank you Brian for hosting us!

Honestly I could leave more than 5 stars for this place I would! The host literally thought of everything for their guests- from detergent on site, to multiple towels, hair dryer, tea etc. My stay at Brian’s home was the absolute best. The hot tub (more like hot pool with how massive it is) was truly a delight to use every evening. The views are so peaceful and beautiful. The home is literally equipped with everything you can wish for! The backyard was truly an oasis and I enjoyed doing yoga there, watching the birds and squirrels or working remotely outdoors. Thank you for truly making my stay so magical. Everyone in the neighborhood was nice as well and we always felt safe especially as female travelers. I will 100% rent again!

Had an amazing stay. Amenities were plentiful. Contact with the host is amazing. Pictures don’t do this place justice. The backyard is amazing and is its own oasis for you and your partner or family. Will definitely look to stay again.

The place was very cute. The decor far exceeded what I expected, and the space was just right (not too big, but not too small). The Kitchen had everything I needed (besides some spices and oil/vinegar, so do bring your own condiments and/or perishables) and the bedrooms were cozy.
Loved the outside area. It was very quiet and tranquil, and that was the largest jacuzzi I've ever been in. I don't know how many it fits, but it can very comfortably fit 8-12, maybe more?
Overall, it was a very nice, cute home.
I would probably say the only draw back might be the distance from downtown Tampa or the beach, if that's what you're in town to do. If not, then it's perfect.

Séjour absolument parfait dans cette maison.
Tout simplement magnifique, avec un charme irrésistible et une propreté impeccable qui nous ont fait nous sentir comme chez nous dès l'arrivée. Elle est super bien équipée : cuisine avec tous les appareils, airfayer, toaster, mixeur, machine à café.....les articles pour la plage (serviettes, chaises, parasols et jouets, chariot), les vélos et même un tricycle.
Le calme ambiant était divin, parfait pour se détendre après une journée d'exploration. Et quel bonheur de voir les écureuils gambader dans le jardin ! Nos enfants étaient aux anges.
Hôtes au top, on reviendra les yeux fermés.
