This property looks even better in person! It is very spacious, comfortable, well decorated, and clean. The host provides almost everything you think you may need from various kitchen appliances to toiletries to plenty of towels. There is everything you need for traveling with kids. I appreciated that there were was a very nice pack n play with a changing station, stroller, high chair, baby bath tub, baby monitor, carrier, and utensils. The backyard was amazing! We loved the pool, grill, mini beach area, swings, and golf. We also appreciated the bikes with helmets, beach chairs, beach buckets and shovels, coolers, floats, and lawn games. We will stay at this property again in the future!

We loved staying at Brian’s place . It’s extremely clean and well taken care of . The kitchen is fully equipped , loved kitchen sink , multiple eating areas in the house . Beds are very comfortable , plenty of towels to use . Master bathroom is a state of art equipped with the most modern equipment you can only dream of . The toilet is on remote control , huge bathroom with amazing shower . We never got to use the bathtub which also looked supercool . Plenty of rooms and beds , space . Outside area is very nicely done , very thoughtful. The house is located in a quiet perfect neighborhood and very close to supermarkets , restaurants and beaches . We would definitely come back to the house when in the area

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A 5-star experience! Brian was an exceptional host, making our stay feel like home. Any issues were promptly resolved, and he went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The property was stunning, with breathtaking sunrises from the backyard and beautifully decorated interiors. The pool and patio were perfect for relaxation, and the nearby beaches and vegan-friendly restaurants were a bonus. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including a washer and dryer, both K-cup or regular coffee machines, and a blender. The peaceful surroundings, beautiful sunrise and friendly wildlife (hello, squirrel nut bar!) made it a truly special place. As a considerate guest, I took care to respect the property, and I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you, Brian and Samantha, for such a wonderful experience!💕

This place was well equipped for cooking, kids, families, and pets.
The backyard was really top notch.
Brian went above and beyond making sure guests had an easy transition into this place, so many extra, thoughtful touches here.

This was one of our favorite places and we have stayed at a lot of air bnb properties!
It was decorated so nicely, super clean and they made sure to add personal little touches like smores kits and snacks , which was awesome ! they include alot of extras that most homes do not include, paper towel, enough toilet paper for your stay, laundry detergent etc. the hosts are super responsive and kind.
The backyard was the highlight of the stay !
Only downside was no gator sighting ! lol but most would probably think that’s ok!
We have family in the area and will certainly request to stay again ! We actually would have stayed longer but unfortunately it was booked. Awesome place !

Brian’s place was absolutely fantastic. The fact that he has a whole app that you can download that gives clear, proactive instructions about the home in addition to local recommendations? Amazing. Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay and never tired of things to do. Something that stood out to us was the amount of preparation the house had for kids: we were able to use the pack-n-play, high chair, and baby monitor, saving us a TON of space in our car for travel. Everything was in pristine condition. Another favorite was the gigantic wet room where we were able to pile everyone in as a family to wash off after a long day at the beach. When I had a question about slippers, Brian not only responded immediately, but also had several pairs overnighted to our front door. Parking our car in the spacious garage was also a plus when we arrived during a Florida evening downpour. We could not have asked for a better stay and we hope to return again soon! Thanks Brian!

I just would like to say this home and area are breathtaking. I have a family of 5 and when I describe this home it feels like paradise on a cloud. This home looks just like what the pictures described, not only that; but we felt right at home. This house had a well stocked kitchen with ALL amenities, they even had snacks for my children and a loving welcoming atmosphere that made us feel so welcomed. They provided an electronic instructions manual on how to use certain equipment. This home was so clean, that you could literally eat off the floor of it. The sleeping areas made our stay worthwhile after a long outing. The beds were very soft and comfortable. The decor of the house gave it a really modern feel, very lightweight & breathable. The backyard was such a nice oasis feel, with the view looking over the lake; and the other amenities like the pool and patio area- it felt like I was on my own private island. If you're looking for a peace of mind this home will give you just that!

Perfect 10+ Look nowhere else😁Everything was top notch! This home is equipped with everything down to an ice cream scoop, which is a must! We were here during a tornado watch and the house did amazing. Close to everything shopping and eating. We will definately stay here in the near future 🫠 Nothing

This place was a perfect stay with gorgeous Lake Views!
Brian & Sam's Airbnb was perfect from start to finish. The place was spotless, truly one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. You can tell they take great pride in maintaining the home, and it felt welcoming the moment I walked in.
The space itself is bright and airy, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were sparkling clean.
But the best part was the lake views and treehouse deck. It was the perfect spot to relax outside with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, taking in the peaceful scenery! We didn’t even need to leave!
Brian & Sam were also wonderful hosts, quick to respond to any questions and full of recommendations that made our stay even better!
I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a clean, relaxing getaway with amazing views in Palm Harbor. Would DEFINITELY book again!

Had a great stay at Brian’s place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, communication was clear and responsive, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The guidebook was a nice touch and helped us explore the area. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
